 GeeToy’s story started in 1992 when our company president, Y. D. Kim, on a break from his teaching job, worked with a friend in his toy business to earn some extra money. It was very different from the education field and lots of hard work. However, it was enlightening and exciting for Y.D. to see a design conception come to life, to become the toy that brings such joy to children and adults alike. Y.D. was so fascinated by the toy industry that he didn’t return to his teaching position after the break and continued to work in the industry and eventually opened his own company.
GeeToy is registered as a joint venture with over $5 million USD in annual sales. Centrally located in the heart of China’s capital, Beijing, we are specialists in plush toys. Our plant is over 4000 square meters and our team consists of 500 employees. In order to make the products that make people happy, our leaders are clear that we must ensure our work environment is light-hearted too. We have a great work facilities and a strong team spirit. There is a real family atmosphere among all the team members. GeeToy’s products can be found in China, Canada, the United States, South America, and various European countries. Our English-speaking staff works with customers from all over the world and we understand how to do business across the cultures.
